🌱 TERMS OF SERVICE (ToS) 🌱

1. COMMISSION INFORMATIONa) When commissioning me It is your responsibility to ensure that you have given me all relevant information about your commission (including an accurate reference sheet of your character(s)).
b) The characters you have provided for the commission must be owned by you or you must have permission to use.
c) All commissions: payment must be made 100% before the beginning of the artwork;
d) The Lineart process will not start until full payment for the artwork has been made and the sketch approved by the client.2. PAYMENT METHODSa) There are no refunds. Please make sure you are absolutely sure you want my artwork when ordering and paying;
b) Payment can be made via paypal only;
c) Do not send any payment until the commission request is accepted by the artist in question. The artist reserves the right to refuse the request if it does not fit within the limits of his work.3. ALTERATIONa) The client may request as many changes as he deems necessary during the sketch phase. Once the sketch is approved, changes to the drawing structure will no longer be accepted. It is the client's responsibility to inform the artist if something is not to their liking while in the Sketch phase.
b) During the initial painting phase, you can ask for changes to the base colors of the design if you feel it is necessary. In cases of art with Shading, after the approval of the base colors, no changes will be allowed after the shadow painting phase has started.
c) Small changes may be requested after the completion of the commission, costing 20% of the total value of the artwork for each change. No more than 40% of the illustration can be redone.4. FOLLOW-UP AND DELIVERIESa) For each step of the process, WIPs (Work in Progress or Progress Marks) will be sent to monitor the progress of the artwork by the client.
b) It will only be passed from one stage of the process to another after the client's approval at each stage.
c) Delivery time may vary from one week to two months depending on the size of the artwork and the time of year. However, it should not exceed two months.5. PERMISSIONSa) The client will be able to post the finished art in his gallery or social networks crediting me (Júlia Aoki) in the description. Prints and other materials may only be made for personal use.
b) The client is not allowed to edit the artwork in any way, but may resize or cut it to make wallpaper, banner, icon and other non-commercial purposes.
c) All rights to the work belong to me (Júlia Aoki). This means that the client will not be able to use the artwork for commercial purposes. The artwork I make for the client is for personal use only.
d) You are not allowed to edit, trace/copy or make strong reference to any art/commission I make, unless I have given direct and explicit permission to do so.
e) If the client does not want the art to be published on my social networks, please let me know in advance, otherwise I reserve the right to publish the art wherever I want and as I wish.
f) The artist reserves the right to change the terms of service as deemed necessary and without prior notice.
g) The artist owns the rights to the art, which includes publishing in artbooks, posting images publicly in galleries, portfolios and the like.
h) The client is not allowed in any way to use art purchased on artificial intelligence (AI) apps/platforms and the like to generate other versions of my art. I can decide not to sell art again to the customer/person in question.🔹By requesting a commission, the client agrees to all the terms described above.
